24V 1500W adjustable voltage current Switching Power Supply Compact 68mm Low noise SMPS 60A 30V
The S1500 is a PFC-programmed SMPS that is capable of delivering an output of 60A at 10V-30V, and 1500W at AC90V~265V, all within a compact size. Innovative technologies have been employed in the SMPS, enabling it to achieve up to 94% efficiency while maintaining a temperature below 80℃. Its design is compact at only 68mm, and operates with low noise thanks to a cooling fan that is controlled by temperature. Before shipment, it is necessary to calibrate the output voltage and current of each SMPS to ensure their accuracy.

Two core technology
High power and high efficiency charger and power supply adopt ZVS/ZCS and Synchronous Rectification realize 94% of high efficiency, output voltage and current control by MCU make all charge parameters can be programmed. High accuracy BMS adopt 12 bit or 16 bit ADC measure cell voltage, charge and discharge current and battery temperature.
Chargery BMS and Charger communicate each other, avoid cutting off charging by Open DCC or relay, this feature can save charging time and extend battery life, at the same time don't need install DCC or relay to cut off charging when any cell reach the highest voltage.

From 2006, we focus on developing high power (up to 60A 3000W) charger, balance charger (AC input, DC input and AC/DC dual input) and 800A BMS for up to 24S LiPo/LiFe/ LiTO battery.
Chargery charger can charge any chemical battery including LiPo, LiFe, Li-ion, LiTo, NiMh, NiCD and Pb (Lead acid, VRLA battery), cell count, charge current, end voltage and end current can be programmed. and realize anti-spark and reverse polarity protection when high voltage battery connect to charger or inverter(loader).
Chargery BMS can handle up to 800A charge and discharge current, special designed DCC (DC contactor) is built-in surge suppressing circuit.
Operation
- Connect the SMPS to 110/220V AC socket
- Turn on power switcher
- Adjust output voltage by pressing UP or DOWN button.
- Press SET button for 3 seconds, choose Max. current setting, press UP and DOWN button set maximum output current. press SET quit.
- Press START button for 3 seconds, the SMPS will start, the LCD will display voltage and current, power and temperature.
- Connect suitable device to the SMPS, the device input voltage must be range from 10V to 30V.
- Adjust voltage during working easily by press UP or DOWN button again.
- Press STOP button the SMPS will terminate output, but the LCD will be still on, the power consumption will be under 1W, turn off the power switcher, LCD will be OFF.

Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q9. Why the voltage and current reading on LCD is not accurate?
A: voltage and current are calibrated before ship, otherwise the SMPS don't work, so please check the output wire connection, when distance between the SMPS and your device is a problem, please lengthen AC cable NOT lengthen DC cable (output cable). the 1 meter (10AWG) output cable length is suggested, over 1 meter, will affect voltage and current accuracy especially at 60A.
